Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI) Moves Forward With S-1 Registration

BRADENTON, FL--(Marketwire - July 21, 2008) - Silver Falcon Mining, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: SFMI) -- The Company announces an update on the progress of its United States Securities and Exchange Commission "1933 ACT" Registration Statement (USSEC 1933 ACT). Currently, the Company's auditor, William T. Uniack, CPA, is verifying the Corporation's books and records, to submit an audited statement, along with other corporate information, as part of the filing requirements for this registration on behalf of SFMI.

As noted in the Company press release, February 14, 2008, SFMI plans to file a S-1 registration statement, and retained the services of "William T. Uniack, CPA" of Woodstock, GA and Mr. Robert Mottern, Esq. at "Investment Law Group, LLP" of Atlanta, GA, to perform the work. Upon the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's acceptance of the filing, the Company will move its symbol from the Pinksheets to the Nasdaq BB. This listing on the OTCBB will require the Company to file quarterly "Qs, year end "Ks" and other disclosure statements.
