SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - December 12, 2008) - The board of directors of Sempra Energy (NYSE: SRE) today declared a quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share of common stock. The current dividend is payable Jan. 15, 2009 to shareholders of record on Dec. 23, 2008.
