Due to overwhelming demand for the "can't miss" concert event of the year, Neil Diamond has just added a third leg to his 2008 North American tour to satisfy his legions of fans. The new concerts, part of the North American tour, include the legendary singer, songwriter and performer's show at Ottawa's Scotiabank Place on Sunday, Nov. 30.

Since launching his North American tour in St. Paul, MN on July 19 critics and fans are praising the singer's energetic show, innovative stage design and, of course, unparalleled and beloved set list.

"Neil Diamond is huge, huge, huge and the audience reaction as he walked onto the stage proved it...An early display of Diamond's masterful pacing and wealth of stage experience as a high-grossing stage performer." - Calgary Sun, Sept. 19, 2008

Forever In Blue Jeans, I'm A Believer and Sweet Caroline were truly lovable showstoppers that had 14,000 'Dome fans on their feet, singing and swaying to the music with pure glee." - Calgary Herald, Sept. 19, 2008

"The very definition of the term 'consummate pro' Diamond - now 67 - looks like he's completely at home on stage, maintaining an easy rapport with the crowd while still delivering rock solid versions of his often underrated tunes." - Winnipeg Sun, Sept. 15, 2008

"It sounded full and impressively pristine.... With fourteen musicians - including three singers and a four-piece horn section on shifting mini-stages that moved like checker pieces - Diamond barreled through the backlog of a five-decade career." - Edmonton Journal, Sept. 17, 2008

"13,000 'Diamond-heads' can't be wrong. Neil Diamond's hard core fan base showed up at Mellon Arena last night to hear the iconic singer-songwriter deliver a solid two-hour set of some of the most popular tunes ever penned." - Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Aug. 19, 2008

"In front of some 37,000 fans jamming the beloved ballpark (Fenway Park), Diamond took Boston on a two-hour tour of his catalogue, touching old, touching new, touching me, touching you." - Boston Herald, Aug. 24, 2008

With a four-decade long career that has seen more than 125 million records sold worldwide, 36 Top 40 hits, a Grammy, a Golden Globe and thousands of sold-out shows all over the globe, Neil Diamond remains one of the most vital and innovative forces in modern music. The singer's current shows feature classics such as "Sweet Caroline," "I'm a Believer," and "Cherry, Cherry," as well as new songs from his critically acclaimed album, Home Before Dark, his second collaboration with renowned producer Rick Rubin. Home Before Dark, which offers a stripped-down, emotionally honest and passionately compelling approach, was released by Columbia Records on May 6 and debuted at #1, Diamond's first ever chart topping debut.
