The Contact Center software routes calls from service provider to agents, as well as provides automatic call distribution, predictive dialing, IVR and some PBX functionality. The ViciDial suite leverages the Call Progress Analysis capabilities of Sangoma's NetBorder Call Analyzer software, along with Sangoma cards and the VoiceTime USB device, to optimize the performance of outbound contact center operations. |
