Free iPhone App Includes Largest Library of Bible Versions and Resources With Personalization Features
RICHMOND, VA--(Marketwire - January 11, 2011) - Following the success of Salem Web Network's (NASDAQ: SALM) re-launch of the oldest and most well-known Bible study website, BibleStudyTools.com, the online division of Salem Communications Corporation has announced its release of the Bible Study Tools iPhone application. Salem Web Network is the online division of Salem Communications, the nation's leading radio broadcaster, Internet content provider and publisher targeting audiences interested in Christian family-themed content.
The Bible Study Tools app for the iPhone and iPod Touch gives users free access to the largest library of over 30 searchable Bible versions and Biblical resources including well-known commentaries, concordances, encyclopedias and dictionaries. With one touch, users can easily search and browse popular Bible versions including the New International Version, King James Bible, The Message, and English Standard Version, then customizes their reading with trackable Bible reading plans. In addition, the Bible app syncs with users' online BibleStudyTools.com accounts, which features saved user notes and comments, text highlighting, bookmarks and tags.
