Safe and Secure TV Channel to Publish New Issue of Proprietary Electronic Magazine Covering Global Homeland Security and Safety Industry

US Department of Homeland Security, Recognized Experts and Sponsoring Industry Companies to Provide Articles, Columns and Content for 'Safe & Secure TV Channel Magazine'

ANNAPOLIS, MD--(Marketwire - November 3, 2010) - Safe and Secure TV Channel, LLC (PINKSHEETS: SSTC), the premier internet broadband television network devoted exclusively to homeland security and emergency preparedness, has announced it will publish the second edition of its 'Safe & Secure TV Channel Magazine' in first quarter 2011. The e-magazine, which covers the worldwide safety and security industry, is a key complement to SSTV's business strategy to deliver a qualified, targeted global audience to security industry companies.

Safety and security industry companies will sponsor advertorial content for e-magazine, enabling the creation of in-depth articles about security issues facing companies and individual consumers around the world. In addition to the content provided by sponsoring companies, Safe & Secure TV Channel Magazine contains articles and other content contributed by the various component agencies of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). These component agencies include the Transportation Security Agency (TSA), the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), among others. The upcoming issue will focus on emergency preparedness.

"The 'Safe & Secure TV Channel Magazine' is a powerful adjunct to our internet television programming and other content, and helps us in our mission to connect the safety and security industry with the audience they need to reach," said Gerard Ferri, President of Safe and Secure TV Channel. "There is really no other magazine out there that covers the industry in this manner, or that provides this mix of authoritative and timely content."

The e-magazine format enables SSTV to provide embedded programming and links to sponsor websites. In addition to sponsoring industry companies and the US DHS, recognized industry authorities will contribute columns in their areas of expertise.

The first e-magazine edition of 'Safe & Secure TV Channel Magazine' can be viewed at http://safeandsecuretv.epubxpress.com/sstv1. The edition features content and articles from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Science & Technology Directorate. The DHS has printed out thousands of copies of the first edition and distributed them to attendees of more than 60 trade shows and conferences within the security industry.

SSTV projects that the e-magazine will generate $3 million to $4 million annually in revenues for the company.

SSTV continues to develop and enrich its content offerings. The Company yesterday announced an agreement with TransitSecurityReport.com Inc. to be the universal carrier and portal to that company's content (www.globalincidentmap.com) which tracks a wide variety of threats around the world, including disease outbreaks, earthquakes, terrorism and non-terrorism events and threats.
