("RSM") announces that it has exercised its option to purchase under an
agreement with Dixie Comstock Exploration Co. and Anthony Selig unpatented
and patented mining claim groups in Churchill County, and the Manhattan
District claims in Nye County, Nevada for $600 thousand. These claim
groups offer a good strategic fit to help support future growth of the
Company's gold-silver program in Nevada.
