Resource Group International Inc. Announces It Has Entered Into Discussions With Joint Venture Partners

PRAEKASA MUENG, THAILAND--(Marketwire - March 20, 2009) - Resource Group International Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RSGR) today announced that it has entered into discussions with two firms in the Asia-Pacific Rim to expand its organic fertilizer business into that region.

The Company has been in talks with several companies in the region and has narrowed it down to two companies -- one out of Hong Kong and the other from Singapore. Both companies offer a wealth of contacts and knowledge in the region, and the Company is looking at which one will be the best fit for the long-term strategy of building facilities in every country in the region. The thought is to possibly divide the region into 2 territories and enter into JVs with both companies. With almost half the world's population in the region and ample supply of animal and fish proteins the region will be able to support many plants. The ability to increase shareholders' wealth for the Company is tremendous and this will provide the Company, once the region is developed and operational, with exponential revenue growth in excess of 1,000% and earnings per share growth of even greater proportions.
