Resource Group International, Inc. Announces Details on Its Initiative Into Organic Fertilizers

PRAEKASA MUENG, THAILAND--(Marketwire - January 14, 2009) - Resource Group International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RSGR), today announced that it has begun talks to acquire the rights to manufacture an organic fertilizer based on animal proteins.

The company is in talks with the rights and technology holders to a revolutionary organic fertilizer that is the best product available on the market today. The product, which has been through over 8 years of testing, is presently being produced in a facility in Mississippi using fish proteins. The result of the use of the product on various plants ranging from fruits to vegetables to grass and garden foliage has been remarkable compared to traditional chemical fertilizers. This product is like a "multivitamin" for the soil.

The worldwide demand for chemical fertilizer is in the 175,000,000 metric tonne range according to a UN study in 2008 numbers. It takes approximately 60 gallons of our product to equal 1 metric tonne of conventional chemical fertilizer. Based on those conversion numbers and the worldwide demand, there is a capacity of approximately 10,500,000,000 gallons. If we assume we can replace 5% of the worldwide chemical fertilizer with our product we have the potential to supply approximately 525,000,000 gallons. (175,000,000 (P-N-K) x 5% = 8,750,000 metric tonnes x 60 gallons = 525,000,000 gallons). Based on a plant producing approximately 10,000,000 gallons, we have the ability to put up 50 plants around the world to meet just 5% of the demand in 2008 numbers. This would translate into potentially over $20,000,000,000 in revenues and potential income of over $6,000,000,000.
