Rebecca Capital Inc. Announces Changes in Board Composition

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 8, 2008) - REBECCA CAPITAL INC. (TSX VENTURE:REB.P) (the "Corporation" or "Rebecca") announced changes in the composition of its board of directors which was increased from 4 to 6 at the last shareholders meeting. New directors were appointed representing Arius3D Inc. in anticipation of the completion of the proposed qualifying transaction with that company. While productive discussions between the Corporation and Arius3D Inc. continue, the proposed qualifying transaction has been delayed and it has been considered appropriate to reduce the board to the original members pending the outcome. Accordingly, David Breukelman and Brian Mori, who were elected at the last meeting of shareholders, have resigned as directors of the Corporation effective August 29, 2008.
