The webinar hosted by REALTOR® magazine had approximately 200 Real Estate Professionals from across the country participate in the online event to learn of the various ways to further diversify their retirement investing with assets they know and understand.

During the webinar, Sandra discussed the possibility of IRAs investing in a wide range of alternative investments such as promissory notes, deeds of trust, and private placements with emphasis for this audience on real estate investing in a Self Directed IRA. Her presentation covered the motivations for Self Directed Investing as well as the 'how to' of account setup, funding and directing the investment. The trend of Self Directed Investing in alternative investments has been growing since the early part of the 21^st century as more and more frustrated investors learn of their ability to further diversify their retirement investing in assets they know and understand. This is especially important for Real Estate Professionals considering the abundance of investment opportunities that are currently available in today's real estate market.
