Quorum Signs Four More Dealerships to Its GM IDMS Offering

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - June 8, 2006) -

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. (Quorum) (TSX VENTURE:QIS) announced today the signing of four more General Motors (GM) dealerships to GM's Integrated Dealer Management System (IDMS) featuring Quorum's XSELLERATOR™ DMS - two of the dealerships are in Canada and two are in the United States. GM's IDMS program is focused on helping General Motors' retail dealers throughout North America simplify their technology requirements and streamline operations resulting in improved productivity and increased customer satisfaction. XSELLERATOR is Quorum's Dealership Management System (DMS) software, a completely integrated, Windows-based DMS that automates and streamlines automobile dealerships' Sales, Service, Parts, Accounting and CRM processes.

Under the terms of the multi-year IDMS agreement with GM, Quorum is one of only two chosen DMS providers responsible for the delivery of IDMS software and related hardware and services on behalf of GM to GM-branded dealerships across North America, including Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, HUMMER, Pontiac and SAAB.
