Notification of PDMR Interest - Option Award



MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA, AND STAFFORD, UK, 3 November 2008 - PuriCore 
(LSE: PURI), the life sciences company focused on developing and
commercialising proprietary, green solutions that safely, effectively,
and naturally kill infectious pathogens, announces that on 1 November
2008 Darren Weiss, VP Finance, was granted options (the "Options") over
100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
under the PuriCore plc Executive Omnibus Incentive Plan. The Options
are to vest in amounts of one-third of the total grant per year over
three years, exercisable from the date of vesting until the fifth
anniversary of the date of grant at an exercise price of 10.25 pence
per share. 


Following this grant Darren Weiss holds options over 485,000 Ordinary
Shares.
