SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwire - July 23, 2009) - The Michael Finney Foundation and its publicity and marketing company, Phoenix VIP Events, announce that Hall of Fame athletes such as Johnny Bench, Ted Hendricks and Phil Niekro, and All Stars Ozzie Smith and Truck Robinson are scheduled to attend the 13th Annual DRY HEAT Classic Golf Tournament being held August 2-4, 2009. Proceeds benefit the Arizona Rotary Gift of Life charity, which provides medical care and support for needy children and their families worldwide who are suffering from congenital heart defects.

The event kicks off with a dinner catered by Outback Restaurant August 2nd at the Mountain Preserve Reception Center. The evening includes an auction and an opportunity to meet the celebrities attending.
