Patriot Energy Services LLC to Set Precedence in a Monumental Move to Service Renewable Energy Power Generation Plants in the United States Under the New BCAP Program

LARGO, FL--(Marketwire - September 24, 2009) - Patriot Energy Services LLC of Largo, Florida sets a precedence in a monumental move to service renewable energy power generation in the United States. The announcement came today from Owner and CEO, Steven C. Johnson.

The new BCAP program passed by Congress June 11th, 2009 has changed the face of the supply of renewable energy products to power generation plants, in the United States. Johnson announced today that instead of the historic delivery process he would be offering power plants to buy under the BTU factor of the material instead of by the Ton and Truck load. Which in turn could save the Power Generation Plants in excess of more than thirty percent on their fuel cost.

The New BCAP Program will afford new supply lines to be open and with the matching funds up to 45 dollars for Bone Dry Tons. Johnson indicated he will only charge based on the Dry Tons less the Moisture content to be equal of the BCAP Program. This will set precedence in the Renewable Energy Industry, as well as help the Power Generation Plants that in the past paid for fiber Wood Fuels based solely on the delivery at a flat rate, with very little concession to the moisture content or BTU. This program could save the power generation plants millions of dollars on the actual cost for producing electricity.

Johnson also owns Wood to Fuel Trucking LLC and plans to add another 300 trucks by the end of 2010. By owning the transportation end of the supply chain, it will help to keep the price favorable to the Power plant and will enable him to pay more to the landowners and suppliers.

Johnson has also incorporated a pay system for suppliers so they can be paid forward right away, so they don't have to wait on their payment. Johnson believes with a good solid pay system he will have a competitive edge in the industry and will help secure long term contracts with suppliers, Land Owners and Power Generation Plants. In cooperation with Government Factoring firms, Johnson has anticipated a fund of 20 million dollars slated for just material and transportation, which is a small amount against the 350 million dollars in anticipated revenues over the next two years.

Patriot Energy Services LLC plans to use UTCS (urban tree certification system) is a NYS and internationally recognized urban forest management plan developed by Green Energy Resources, GRGR CEO, Joseph Murray. UTCS certification system is a socially responsible and environmentally friendly methodology to recycle government approved forestry and non-forest industry generated waste wood. UTCS includes chain of custody documentation (a tracking system from origin to end user) and 3rd party verifications of sourcing. UTCS Environmentally certified wood chips could add revenues for power generation producers by earning carbon credits and methane reduction credits that can be piggybacked on top of energy credits, along with the BCAP program for suppliers a first in the US renewable industry.

Patriot Energy Services LLC trades and supplies biomass -- managing selection, transportation and stock of raw material. The resident staff at each one of their Bio Fuel-transfer stations and drop off sites supervises the management of local operations.
