Kilber as Executive Vice President of Business Development. In this position, Dr. Kilber will direct strategic planning efforts, and help develop and troubleshoot Utilization Management programs for P&R clients. He will lead development efforts to position P&R to continue as the leader in dental cost control and containment solutions. Dr. Kilber will facilitate the use of P&R's database and analytic tools to enable customers to make more intelligent business decisions with respect to cost savings and increased productivity.

Dr. Kilber holds a BS in Industrial Technology-Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a DDS from the University of Minnesota-School of Dentistry. He also completed the General Electric Company's 2 year Manufacturing Management Development Program. In addition to his years in industry, as practitioner and management consultant, he was the Director of Utilization Management for UnitedHealthcare Dental. He has a strong background in manufacturing, materials and purchasing management with such companies as General Electric, American Hospital Supply and Tonka Corporation. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, American Association of Dental Consultants, National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association and National Association of Dental Plans.
