SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - April 1, 2009) - Two brothers and native San Diegans, Derek Cowling and Craig Cowling, have brought the only 100 percent organic beef burger restaurant to San Diego. From the bun and patty to the vegetables, condiments, and drinks, every ingredient that goes into a customer's mouth at O'Brothers is USDA Certified organic.
The Cowling brothers have created a concise menu of organic beef burgers including the classic hamburger, cheeseburger, and The Big O' Burger -- their signature burger loaded with fresh tomato, onion, avocado, cheese, and bacon. Each patty is 100% organic beef from humanely treated cows that graze on over 300 acres of grass in the Dakotas for 16 months and fed organic grains for 12 weeks. This diet enhances marbelization in the beef and delivers a superior flavor. Served on a bun infused with O'Brothers' secret spread, the combination creates an unmistakable taste.

Guests of O'Brothers are treated to a unique selection of biodynamic wine, extensive organic beer list, in addition to an assortment of organic sodas and teas.
Upon entering the restaurant, customers are treated to a lively atmosphere and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Broadway Circle in Horton Plaza. The urban contemporary design incorporates unique elements such as walnut tabletops, chandeliers, a show kitchen and bar countertop made of reclaimed glass, copper, and concrete.
