Nufcor Uranium Limited ("The Company") - Notification of Change of Beneficial Ownership

ST. MARTIN, GUERNSEY--(Marketwire - July 3, 2009) - On 2 July 2009, the Company received notification from Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.) ("GS") that on 30 June 2009, completion occurred of the acquisition by GS of the entire issued share capital of Nufcor International Limited ("NIL"), which is the direct holder of 3,300,000 Ordinary Shares and voting rights of the Company, representing 8.00% of the total voting rights. The previous beneficial owner of NIL was Constellation Energy Commodities Group Limited.
