LONDON--(Marketwire - June 8, 2010) - EmSense Corporation (www.EmSense.com), the global leader in neuromarketing research, has opened its European headquarters in central London in response to pan-European business expansion.
"EmSense is rapidly expanding globally, especially with partners in the UK and a growing list of clients throughout Western and Eastern Europe," said Keith Winter, CEO of EmSense. To support this expansion, the company has added two key senior staff members to its new European headquarters.
Sue Nosworthy, who brings 30 years of international experience to her position as EmSense Senior Vice President, European Research Director, will focus on delivering integrated insights to clients while expanding the company's neurometric research offerings throughout Europe. She has been a member of the ESOMAR Council for six years, currently serves as ESOMAR Vice President, and is a member of the British Market Research Society. Nosworthy's expertise spans the CPG horizon from brand/product development and brand positioning, to communication evaluation and market segmentation. Fluent in German and Spanish, Sue offers considerable experience in the design, execution and interpretation of multi-national studies, having conducted research in over 50 countries across five continents.
Maria Domoslawska, whose background spans online media measurement, advertising, product development, brand positioning and customer satisfaction research in the digital media space, joins EmSense as Vice President, Digital and Media Research, London. Prior to joining EmSense, Maria was Director of Research at Tribal Fusion, where she led strategic market research initiatives throughout the company's US, European and Australian networks. Maria's mission is to expand EmSense's technological capabilities, providing clients and partners an understanding of the digital media experience through the application of EmSense EEG Neurometrics. "These key hires, along with others planned, will enable EmSense to support its continued international growth," said Elissa Mosses, Chief Analytics Officer at EmSense. "We are most pleased to add such highly accomplished professionals to our global staff."
Think London, the foreign direct investment agency for London, has been working with EmSense over the past several months to help support its European expansion plans. "As the world capital of business, London has attracted three times as many headquarter offices as any other European city," said Michael Charlton, Think London Chief Executive. "We were pleased to provide EmSense with the insight and connections required for the company to set up its European headquarters, and to take full advantage of London's wealth of opportunity, including access to markets, a deep talent pool and value for investment."
"Emsense's decision to open its first European office in the UK further demonstrates why Britain attracts the world's most innovative companies. With the right business environment, strong intellectual property protection, world-class talent and strong R&D base, the UK is the world's springboard for global growth.
