(PINKSHEETS: NVSR), a GPS navigation company focused on vehicle, asset, personal tracking and hands-free calling with voice navigation, announced today it has an LOI from IntelliSOL Corporation for up to 10,000 units to be distributed in Colombia and Peru in 2009. NavStar will partner with IntelliSOL to provide equipment, software and related services. The NavStar Fleet Management System will be used to track a variety of assets and will be the core hardware used to provide a wide range of GPS services. The potential revenue from this deal is $2M to $4M.
