Global Leader in Managed Services Technology Caps Off Successful 2010 Partner Summit by Honoring MSPs' Dedication to 100 Percent IT Coverage Model

The N-able executive team presented the awards on the final night of the innovator's successful 2010 Partner Summit in Scottsdale, Ariz.
During a year in which MSPs drove a dramatic 45 percent increase in deployment of N-able NSM technology across small businesses, the 2010 Partner Awards singled out those MSPs that distinguished themselves as top performers in the following seven key business categories:

Growth Award Winner: CHIPS Computer Services, Hugo, Minn.
CHIPS more than tripled its managed customer base in 2010, leading to dramatic increases in market penetration as well as recurring revenue. CHIPS' owner Tony Chiappetta accepted the award.

Innovation Award Co-Winners: NetServe365, Pittsburgh, Penn. and Ntirety, Dedham, Mass.
For the second consecutive year, NetServe365 earned top honors for its trailblazing technology integrations with N-able's N-central platform and successful implementation of the latest technologies. Ntirety was recognized for its pioneering database administration services and customer-focused operations. On hand to receive the awards were Justin Cameron, co-owner, executive vice president and COO of NetServe365, and Michael Corey, founder and CEO of Ntirety.

Midmarket Award Winner: CalTech, San Angelo, Texas
Focusing on vertical markets such as community banking and education, CalTech has completed multiple transactions this year to become one of N-able's fastest growing midmarket MSPs. Brent McCasland, president of CalTech, accepted the award.

Success Award Winner: TechSolutions, Inc., Wilmington, Del.
TechSolutions is best known for its exemplary use of MSP best practices; a fast and successful go-to-market strategy; and its quick transition to the managed services business model. The award was presented to Rick Monnig, president.

Top Contributor Award Co-Winners: Twin Systems plc, of St Albans, Hertfordshire, England; and Dynamic Business Technologies, of NSW, Australia
Both award recipients were chosen for "going the extra mile" to foster a stronger partner community and help other N-able partners build successful MSP practices. This is the second consecutive year that Twin Systems has earned this honor. Accepting the awards were Steve Songaila, CEO of Twin Systems, and Nathan Franks, director and principal consultant of Dynamic Business Technologies.

MSP of the Year Award: ETG, Birmingham, Ala.
Recognized for its tremendous vision and success as an MSP, ETG stands out not only for its accomplishments, but also for its dedication to upholding the highest standards and integrity. The award was presented to ETG's CEO Mike Jones.

Rookie of the Year Award: Catalyst Computer Technology, Chandler, Ariz.
Catalyst Computer Technology signed on with N-able in April 2010 and has ramped up deployment of N-able's N-central® NSM software platform across its customer base at a rapid pace. Ed Garay, co-owner, took home the award for Rookie of the Year.
