Further to disclosure requirements of applicable securities laws, Mosaic Limited Partnership ("Mosaic') announces that, subsequent to the amalgamation (the "Amalgamation") of Immunall Science Inc. and Altius Edge Ltd., Mosaic owns 8,700,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of Nautor Progressive Corporation ("Nautor"). The 8,700,000 Common Shares owned by Mosaic represent approximately 90% of the total and issued outstanding Common Shares of Nautor.

Mosaic originally acquired the 8,700,000 Common Shares for investment purposes. Mosaic may in the future take such actions in respect of its holdings of Common Shares as it may deem appropriate in light of the circumstances then existing, including the purchase of additional Common Shares or other securities of Nautor through open market purchases or privately negotiated transactions, or the sale of all or a portion of its holdings in the open market or in privately negotiated transactions to one or more purchasers.
