Microlog Wins Contract From NOAA to Provide System Enhancements
GERMANTOWN, MD--(Marketwire - April 18, 2008) - Microlog Corporation (PINKSHEETS: MLOG), a
Germantown, Maryland-based technology leader in Integrated Voice Response
(IVR) and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions for the
Government, Healthcare and lotteries, has been awarded a contract from the
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine
Fisheries Service, Office for Law Enforcement Headquarters. Microlog was
chosen to provide services to enhance their enforcement capabilities within
the National Vessel Monitoring System Program. The VMA program provides
tracking and surveillance capabilities for Fishery Management Plan
enforcement efforts. Microlog will provide a hosted solution, which
includes automatic call distribution, interactive voice response, data
collection and integration to existing applications. This was a three-year
contract award.
