STATEMENT
No More Grizzlies is a growing, patriotic group dedicated to preserving Alberta for people.
We salute Sustainable Resource Development Minister Mel Knight on his new potential initiative to "harvest" more grizzly bears in Alberta.
Ted Morton Was Soft on Grizzlies
For many years, Ted Morton took important steps to protect the people of Alberta. He kept roads open when they were no longer needed and as a result, some ATVers kept up the good work to intrude on grizzly habitat. And now there are fewer grizzlies left in Alberta!
In his heart, Ted Morton knew we were right. But he was never prepared to pull the final trigger. Now, Alberta has a new potential hero, one who is prepared to walk the last mile to rid Alberta of grizzlies.
We say, onward Mel.
NOTE TO MEDIA
No More Grizzlies will be organizing a rally in Edmonton on Saturday, March 20th.
