MediaTechnics' Acquisition of Innotech Thrusts 2008 Revenue Expectations beyond $7 Million

LAKEWOOD, NJ--(Marketwire - July 24, 2008) - MEDIATECHNICS CORPORATION (PINKSHEETS: MEDT) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Innotech, Inc., located in Lynnwood, Washington.

Innotech is an acclaimed industry leader with a strong regional and national/online presence in the sales of CD/DVD duplicators, CD/DVD media, print cartridges and packaging supplies. Featuring a multitude of duplication products for a broad cross section of customers, Innotech also has a Media Services department that provides in-house CD and DVD duplication, DVD authoring, film to DVD conversions and product fulfillment services. Among the major product brands carried are Clear Image Media, Fuji, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Imation, Maxell, Mitsui, Verbatim, and others.
