Media Advisory: Canada's New Government to Make Agent Orange Announcement

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 11, 2007) - The Honourable Greg Thompson, Minister of Veterans Affairs, joined by the Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, will make an announcement on Wednesday, September 12, related to the testing of unregistered U.S. military herbicides, including Agent Orange, at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Gagetown. The announcement will be preceded by a media lock-up (technical briefing).
