MedLink Expands With New Offices in Naples
NAPLES, FL--(Marketwire - February 3, 2011) - MedLink (OTCBB: MLKNA), a leading healthcare IT company, announced today the expansion of its operations with the opening of a new office location in Naples, Florida. The Naples office enables the company to improve efficiencies and better serve its expanding customer base. MedLink has had a significant presence in Florida and the Naples office will strengthen relationships with key clients in the region as well as enhance sales, training, support, and revenue cycle management operations for the southeast market.
"MedLink is excited to start 2011 with the continuing prospect of growth thanks largely to the explosion of the Electronic Health Records (EHR) market, spurred by the more than $45 billion in federal incentives to assist physicians in the adoption of certified EHR technology," stated Brian J. Lichtlin, Executive Vice President and head of MedLink's EHR operations. "We are very excited about opening an office in Naples, which was a natural selection for MedLink to support the southern Florida market, where we already work with a number of hospitals and many healthcare providers. Florida is one of our largest growth areas over the next few years. In addition to its strategic location, Naples has a wealth of highly skilled and experienced healthcare IT talent and we are excited to be filling approximately 15 new positions in the areas of sales, support, and medical billing."
Skilled candidates with a strong healthcare IT background, including those with experience working with EHR and practice management software applications, are encouraged to submit their resumes to email@example.com.
As part of its continued growth, MedLink now has employees in eight states, with additional office locations in Ronkonkoma, NY; Baltimore, MD; Hellertown, PA; and Wichita, KS.
