Madison Mortgage Corporation Acquires Shares of ComWest Enerprise Corp.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 20, 2009) - Madison Mortgage Corporation ("Madison") wishes to announce that it has acquired 1,433,394 Class A Shares and 1,433,443 Class B Shares of ComWest Enterprise Corp. ("ComWest") pursuant to a realization effected by its subsidiary MMC Properties Ltd. under a share pledge. Based on ComWest's public filings, Madison has acquired ownership of 28.51% of the outstanding Class A Shares and 20.36% of the outstanding Class B Shares of ComWest. The shares were acquired for investment purposes.
