Mac1 Industries Corp. Terminates Merger With Tycoon Industries, LLC

HOLLYWOOD, FL--(Marketwire - March 27, 2009) - Publicly traded MAC1 INDUSTRIES CORP. (PINKSHEETS: MIRA) has terminated its short lived merger with TYCOON INDUSTRIES, LLC. Effective February 27, 2009. Irreconcilable differences among board members have caused both companies to disengage and return to independent status. Unfortunately no synergies were created by the merger of the two companies and controlling shareholders on both sides felt that two independent unrelated companies will function better.
