M45 Mining Resources Announces the Resignation of President and CEO, Appointment of New President
NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - November 5, 2008) - M45 Mining Resources (PINKSHEETS: MRES) is
pleased to announce in the light of the company's new direction, the
appointment of Mr. Jocelyn Lepine, P.Eng as President and CEO of the
company effective on 10th November, 2008.
Mr. Lepine brings a wealth of experience that will be critical for the
success of the company and its new objectives. He has as studied
extensively in the field of computer solutions and obtained his bachelor's
in Electrical Engineering at the University of Sherbrooke in 1990. With Mr.
Lepine's experience in working with many other large public companies as a
software consultant and has successfully taken larger corporations to
success. In effect, he is now interested in achieving such success for a
company of his own.
Following this announcement, Mr. Andrea Cortellazzi stated, "In the light
