Ian Giffen, CA, CF, has joined its Board of Directors. The addition of Mr. Giffen rounds out the extensive expertise represented by the current members of the board and brings an even greater depth in the areas of technology and finance.
Mr. Giffen brings to the Board of Directors more than twenty years of experience serving as CFO, advisor or board director to technology companies and investment funds. He is currently Chairman of The Descartes Systems Group Inc., and a director at MKS Inc., Absolute Software Inc, and RuggedCom Inc., as well as a number of other private companies.

Mr. Giffen also served as vice-president, finance and chief financial officer at Alias Research Inc. (until it was sold to Silicon Graphics Inc.)
