TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 8, 2008) - With regard to the media release issued today by Ketchum Public Relations Canada recognizing the Best and Worst Communicators of 2008, Heidi Graham, the director of media relations for the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, said the Authority did in fact issue a private apology to the family of Brian Sinclair, a homeless man who died after being left unattended for 34 hours in the hospital's emergency department. Ms. Graham said media were informed that the Authority had issued the private apology but did not report that.
