The award will be presented to Ben Hawkes, director, simulation development for Kenexa, on Wednesday, Oct. 15 at the 2008 Top HR Products Awards and Luncheon, during the 11th Annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition held at Chicago's McCormick Place.
