Kaplan Compliance Solutions Adds New Producer Portal Feature to CMS G2™
INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - November 13, 2008) - Kaplan Compliance Solutions, a leading

securities industries, today announced a unique new feature to help
producers manage their onboarding and continuing education documents in a
secure, online environment.
The Producer Portal Vault is a self-service feature of the Compliance
Management System Generation 2™ (CMS G2™), Kaplan Compliance
Solutions' end-to-end compliance automation solution. Designed especially
for producers, not system administrators, the Producer Portal Vault enables
producers to store, in one central location, all the frequently used
documents that are required by multiple employers.
The Producer Portal Vault enables producers to access and manage their own
information, including licenses, course completion certificates and proof
of E&O coverage, and then make these documents available to employers.
Producers can easily load images via fax or electronic upload so they are
conveniently accessible. An important feature of the Producer Portal Vault
allows producers to give specific carriers access to their vault in order
to review required documents stored there.
