NOVI, MI--(Marketwire - May 13, 2009) - Jatheon Technologies, a leading provider of Plug n Comply™ email archiving appliances, has established a new U.S.-based operation in Michigan to provide local sales, marketing and support for its growing U.S. customer base. The new facility, a 15,000 square foot two-story building located in Novi, a growing Metro Detroit suburb, will allow Jatheon to make its products more available to customers in the United States. "With the launch of our new product offering and several significant sales successes to build upon, we decided to get closer to our target customer base," said Kieron Dowling, President and CEO of Jatheon Technologies. "A rapidly growing partner channel and a scalable new product offering enable us to move into the next growth phase for Jatheon, providing local service to our U.S. customers."

Jatheon will continue to service its Canadian and rest-of-world customer base from its Toronto headquarters. The U.S. operation will provide sales, customer support, marketing, training and technical services for U.S. customers.
