TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 25, 2008) - Ivernia Inc. ("Ivernia" or the "Company") (TSX:IVW) today announced the completion of the continuation of its jurisdiction of incorporation from New Brunswick to Canada under the Canada Business Corporations Act effective as of July 23, 2008 and the adoption of new articles, as approved at the annual and special shareholders' meeting held June 16, 2008.

The registered office of the Company has been amended and will now be located at 44 Victoria Street, Suite #300, Toronto, Ontario M5C 1Y2. Ivernia's day-to-day business is unchanged, and the Company will continue to maintain an extra-provincial registration in Ontario, the location of its registered and corporate head office.

The CUSIP and ISIN numbers for the common shares of the Company remain the same after the continuation. The continuation is not a reorganization, amalgamation or merger and does not alter shareholdings of Ivernia's shareholders.
