TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 2, 2008) - Intrepid Equity Finance Ltd. today announced that it has raised a $12 million financing package for SCI Ltd. Intrepid acted as SCI's advisor in connection with this financing, which was led by existing investor VentureLink Funds, and included participation by RBC, which provided senior term and operating facilities. The proceeds from this financing will be used to fund a strategic acquisition as well for general working capital purposes.

SCI is the leading provider of leads management solutions to the North American automotive industry. Deployed on a SaaS model with enterprise-level customer data integration, SCI's solutions are employed by over 6,000 automobile dealers to improve the effectiveness of their leads management processes.
