Integran Partners With the Kurt J. Lesker Company to Commercialize Nanomaterials Processes for the Semiconductor Industry

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA--(Marketwire - April 12, 2010) - With support from the Pennsylvania NanoMaterials Commercialization Center and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Integran Technologies USA and the Kurt J. Lesker Company are undertaking the commercial development of high purity copper sputtering targets for use in the fabrication of the latest generation semiconductor devices.

The high purity, fine-grained copper targets, known as "nCu", will be manufactured using Nanovate coating technology developed by Integran and represent a significant advancement in the quality of copper targets available in the market.
