Innovotech Announces Grant of Stock Options

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Jan. 27, 2009) - Innovotech Inc. ("Innovotech") (TSX VENTURE:IOT) announces that, in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the board of directors has approved a grant of stock options to directors and employees of Innovotech to purchase an aggregate of 150,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.66 per common share pursuant to its stock option plan. The stock options expire five years from the date of grant.
