GoldCorp Holdings Co. (GHDC) Provides Details on Shareholder Meeting, Thursday, September 16, 2010

BRADENTON, FL--(Marketwire - July 28, 2010) -  GoldCorp Holdings Co. (OTCBB: GHDC) will be having its annual shareholders meeting, 1:00 PM MT, Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Silver Falcon Mining, Inc.'s Diamond Creek Mill Facility, 14877 Silver City Road, Murphy, Idaho 83650. The Company welcomes all GoldCorp Holdings Co.'s shareholders to attend.

On Thursday, September, 16, 2010, GHDC will provide bus transportation to its shareholders meeting. The first pick-up will be 11:30 AM MT at "Hotel 43" (next door - "The Grove Hotel") and a second pick-up, 11:45 AM, at Courtyard by Marriott. Regardless of your hotel choice and/or if you are local shareholders, seat reservations will be required to be on one of these buses. If you choose to arrive at the Diamond Creek Mill Facility with your own transportation, you are welcome to do so.

Upon GHDC shareholders arrival at 1:00 PM MT, Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. will be giving a tour of its Diamond Creek Mill, followed by GHDC's shareholders meeting and a corporate reception. 

On Saturday, September 18, 2010, 9:30 AM MT, Shareholders who would like to tour of the Sinker Tunnel Mine on War Eagle Mountain and a subsequent tour to historic Silver City, Idaho Mining Town, a second reservation is a MUST for this corporate excursion. Vans will provide transportation from Hotel 43/Courtyard Marriott. NOTE: NO Personal transportation allowed on this excursion.
