GetConnected2011 Focuses on Patient Activation Across the Care Continuum


BETHESDA, MD--(Marketwire - January 20, 2011) - GetWellNetwork, Inc., today announced the 4th annual user conference, GetConnected2011, will be held from May 2-4, 2011 at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. The 2011 user conference will emphasize new ways for clinicians and staff to improve the patient's journey across the care continuum, starting from pre-admission and extending to home after discharge. 

The GetConnected conference is a valuable opportunity for clinicians and hospital leaders to share best practices with fellow colleagues and learn new ways to leverage and drive outcomes using the industry's first digital platform from GetWellNetwork to engage patients personally and compassionately throughout the patient care continuum.
