POMPANO BEACH, FL--(Marketwire - January 14, 2009) - Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CYPW) announced today that four separate countries have issued patents or notices of patent allowance on the company's environmentally friendly, all-fuel steam engine.

Cyclone recently received patents for its engine in Australia and South Africa, and notice of allowance for patent protection in China and Russia. Notice of allowance signifies that Cyclone is entitled to patent protection under the laws of that country.
