Fort Chimo Grants Stock Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 3, 2008) - Fort Chimo Minerals Inc. (CNQ:FORT) (the "Company") announces it has granted 600,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to certain consultants of the Company exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of five years. The common shares issuable upon exercise of the options are subject to a four month hold period from the original date of grant.
