MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - July 14, 2010) -  Florence Welch, lead singer of the award winning UK band Florence + the Machine, has partnered with Talenthouse, and Luckymag.com to invite all fashion designers to create a stage outfit for Florence to wear during her concert at Terminal 5 in New York City on Nov. 2.

Florence, who is known for her eclectic sense of style; often wears outfits she's pieced together in second-hand shops as well as creations specifically designed to embody her persona, asks all fashion designers to join Talenthouse and follow the detailed instructions at http://pea.to/florence to learn more about how to submit their designs.

Deadline for submissions is Oct. 4, 2010 with voting taking place Oct. 5-8, 2010. The selected designer will be announced Oct. 14, 2010. All submissions will be reviewed and judged by Florence, her stylist Aldene Johnson and Lucky magazines' Creative Director Andrea Linett.

Not only will the selected design be turned into Florence's stage outfit by Aldene Johnson, the selected designer will have a feature story run on LuckyMag.com that will include images of Florence wearing the outfit. The designer will also receive $500, air fare to New York, two night's accommodation at Soho House NY and the opportunity to meet Florence and the band backstage to receive a signed copy of her debut album, Lungs.
