VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 2, 2006) - First Venture Technologies Corp. (TSX VENTURE:FEB) reports that it has retained Mr. Issa Nakhleh CGA, M.B.A. as Director of Business Development.

Mr. Nakhleh is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of business development and finance and administration experience in several high technology companies in Canada, the USA and the UK. He was most recently the Chief Strategy Officer for TIR Systems Ltd. where he was instrumental in establishing strategic alliances, customer relationships, supply agreements and systems implementation. He is experienced in guiding both start-up and established technology companies from initial venture financing through to commercialization.

Mr. Nakhleh has obtained his Certified General Accountant designation and an M.B.A. with distinction from the University of Warwick in England. He will serve an important role at First Venture as the company expands its international presence and executes its commericalization strategies over the following months.
