Exile Resources Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 26, 2009) - Exile Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ERI) ("Exile" or the "Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 150,000 stock options to certain of its directors, each such option entitling the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.13 until January 26, 2014. Subject to regulatory approval, these options shall vest immediately.
