Intelliblox, a utility within the eSureIT online backup, archiving and recovery software suite, automatically scans files within designated backup folder-sets on a user's server and compares them to previously archived documents. The Intelliblox technology is then able to extract just the blocks of data that have changed from the old version to the new. As only these blocks need to be backed up, Intelliblox significantly reduces the total file storage size, bandwidth requirements and subsequently, the user's monthly storage fees. An average daily backup of 150 gigabytes (GBs) can now be reduced to as little as 4GBs, reducing storage and bandwidth costs for customers by as much as 50 percent.
