Collie Christensen Appointed CEO of ECO2 Forests Inc.

SACRAMENTO, CA--(Marketwire - September 11, 2009) - ECO2 Forests Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ECOF), an international sustainable forestry company focused on reforestation and carbon sequestration projects, has appointed Collie Christensen as Chief Executive Officer of ECO2 Forests Inc.

The appointment of Mr. Christensen, who has an extensive background in publicly listed companies and an eye for identifying business opportunities, comes days after the company announced it will be trading publicly under the symbol ECOF.

Mr. Christensen is a former Board Member of WiFi Rail, Inc and currently is its 2nd largest shareholder. This company specializes in internet services to any predetermined transportation path (planes, trains, and automobiles) and currently has a patent pending for its exclusive technology. WiFi Rail has recently signed a 20-year contract and is currently installing its technology at BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) in San Francisco.

Extending the reach of Mr. Christensen's experience in WiFi and telecommunications, he founded Black Star Communications in Ghana Africa to provide easy access for voice and data to this growing African Nation. Mr. Christensen continues to mentor the team of Black Star Communications to help build the company and reach further over the African continent.

In 1994, Mr. Christensen founded California Trade Exchange, the largest volume trade exchange in America. His success attracted the attention of ITEX, the largest trade exchange company in the world -- which acquired California Trade Exchange in the 1990s. Following the acquisition, Mr. Christensen was appointed to the CEO position to create a turnaround solution for the publicly-held company. During this time, Mr. Christensen and his team rebuilt the business and returned the company to a public listing.

Prior to California Trade Exchange, Mr. Christensen identified and secured the very first rights for cellular service in 1985 with Cellular One in Northern California and the state of Nevada. Cellular One was purchased by AT&T in 1993 and Mr. Christensen sold out his rights to move on to bigger and better things.

An avid art lover, Mr. Christensen holds a board seat at the California Museum for History, Women, and the Arts alongside Governor Schwarzenegger and First Lady Maria Shriver as well as other prominent executives from throughout California. The California Museum is best known for being home of the CA Hall of Fame with such well known inductees as Ronald Reagan, Clint Eastwood, Jack Nicholson, and Steve Jobs to name a few.
