EV Innovations, Inc. (OTCBB: EVII) Begins Its Move to a 145,000 Square Foot Manufacturing Facility in Rutherford County, North Carolina

MOORESVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - December 7, 2009) - EV Innovations, Inc. (OTCBB: EVII) (www.evinnovations.com), 21st Century Design & Engineering of emission-free automotive propulsion systems using the latest lithium battery technology, is pleased to announce that they have signed a letter of intent to begin manufacturing in Rutherford County, NC.

EV Innovations, Inc. will, according to the letter of intent, receive up to 13 million dollars in concessions and credits to include: 

--  A 145,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
--  An option of a 400,000 square foot manufacturing facility for future
    expansion.
--  Begin working with Isothermal Community College to develop a world
    class training program for the repair and manufacturing of electric
    vehicles.

"EV Innovations, Inc. intends to hire 250 people over the next two years," according to Holly Armstrong. "We are very pleased to be working with Rutherford County and developing high paying jobs as we begin the mass production of the LiV Wise and the Wave 2 for government and consumer use."
