CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - July 23, 2008) - Streeterville -- Day Frog will have its first 'Baby Crawl' on Sunday, August 24th, 2008 at 9:00 am. Owner and mastermind of downtown Chicago's only indoor play and recreation facility for children 6 and under Rick Miller states, "We like to add new activities at Day Frog, from adding daily free finger painting to the Baby Crawl. Unlike other play facilities, we like to have evolving and changing activities that keep Day Frog interesting, even for those who have been coming time and time again since we opened in March."

The Baby Crawl will take place at Day Frog's 233 East Erie Street location; the deadline for entering is Friday, August 22, 2008. There is a $15 entry fee for the race. The fee also includes a day of fun at Day Frog. The fastest crawler in the final round will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card. All other crawlers will have a chance to win a $50 Visa Gift Card in a random drawing.

The "Baby Crawl," like any sporting event, does have a few rules. Babies must be one year old or less as of August 24th, 2008; babies may only crawl the length of the race area; depending on the number of entries, crawlers may have an elimination round consisting of an 8-foot crawl and culminating in the final 'Crawl Off' of 15 feet. Day Frog is a 4,000 square foot facility right off of Michigan Avenue and is open seven days a week and nearly all holidays. Day Frog provides a unique hands-on and family-friendly play environment that is convenient, secure, safe, and clean. Day Frog has two large tube slides, two doll houses, a large pretend kitchen, two train tables, costumes, ride-on cars, scooters, blocks, an area for smaller children (including infants and babies), and much more.
